Grounded in rigorous research and practitioner input, the Early Learning Toolkit provides actionable resources and knowledge to assist education practitioners working to improve quality in ECD programs, learning at the primary level and program management.
The toolkit contains eleven strategies that have been selected based on strong evidence of their effectiveness and demonstrated practitioner need. For each strategy, users can access key implementation tips, practical tools and guides, case studies of programs using the approach, and relevant research.

Five programs were selected as finalists based on a number of criteria, including equity, learning, access, and systems strengthening.
Journeys to Scale accompanies these innovations from Brazil, Ethiopia, Ghana, Peru, and Sudan, as they strive to increase their impact. Drawing from the challenges faced and strategies employed to overcome such hurdles, it lays out clear recommendations for implementers, donors, policymakers and researchers who want to support innovation.
